In the Street Fighter 2 Animated movie E. Honda and Dhalsim are first introduced together, in a fight! E Honda ended up winning this fight through forfeit after Dhalsims failed attempt at mind control! SOTA decided to commemorate this clash by releasing these two figures in a two pack. This is the only way to purchase E. Honda in his black out fit and Dhalsim in his dark grey color scheme.
