Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

Shipping Prices are based upon the (estimated) weight of the products in your order.  To check your current shipping cost at any time, simply click "Shopping Cart" then click "Checkout" then proceed to the page where the shipping charges are shown. (Except in the case of Flat Rate shipping, which is always $6 within the continental United States only.)

California Residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax on their order


We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada. We do ship internationally, and shipping prices are provided during the checkout process.

All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.

We ship via UPS ground, and Priority United States Postal Service.

We ship Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays.

In-Stock products will usually ship within 1-2 business days of the initial order. Some Exceptions may apply.

Pre-Ordered products usually ship within 1-2 business days of the product being stocked in our warehouse. Pre-Orders are processed in the order in which they were received.

UPS Ground Shipping

While not guaranteed, the typical delivery time is 3-8 days for UPS Ground.  Some exceptions may apply, as these time-frames are not guaranteed by the carrier.  UPS Ground is available to continental USA (all states except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) customers only, and will not be delivered to PO Boxes.  UPS orders that are directed to PO Boxes will be canceled, and an email will be sent to the customer requesting that they submit the order again, but change shipping methods to USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that residential UPS packages typically DO NOT REQUIRE a proof of delivery signature, so if you prefer to sign for your packages, please put a note in the Comments section of your order form during Checkout. The customer assumes liability for any packages left unattended.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

The time for USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 business days from the time of shipping.  This is NOT a guarantee; It is ONLY an estimate as provided by USPS.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International, with estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days. (

International customs may attach more charges onto the order when it arrives. These charges are not declared at checkout and are unknown to SOTA Toys. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and will not be reimbursed by SOTA Toys.

Return and Exchange Policy

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email to report the damage. Please include a picture, if possible, of the damage incurred during shipping. We will provide an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and a shipping address where the product can be sent (at the customers expense) for a replacement. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to the customer at our expense. If a replacement is not available, the customer can choose to receive a refund or store credit.

International customers must return the damaged merchandise to us before any refunds or credit will be given for either the product or the return shipping fees.

ALL order cancellation requests MUST be submitted via email.  We do not accept cancellations by phone.  This is to protect the customer, as email creates a written history of your request and its subsequent outcome that can be later verified in the event that you receive something that you did not wish to receive.

Unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase, but the cancellation/restocking fee (as outlined above) does apply.  Shipping charges for these returns are the responsibility of the customer.  ALL returns require pre-authorization.  Please do not send back items without contacting us first, as we will have no clue why we are receiving the goods and you will likely be waiting a VERY long time to see any sort of credit or exchange.  Unopened item returns MUST be received in new, sellable condition in order for you to receive credit.
